Newly wed Jordan Linn Graham from Montana was charged, 4 days ago, with killing her husband, 25-year-old Cody Lee Johnson, by pushing him off a cliff after an argument.
The incident happened in Glacier National Park just 8 days after the couple said “I do”.
According to reports, Graham had been having second thoughts about getting married and admitted to authorities that she and her husband had been arguing on July 7 as they walked in the Loop Trail area of the park.
“Graham stated she could have just walked away, but due to her anger, she pushed Johnson with both hands in the back and as a result, he fell face first off the cliff,” The report said.
According to CNN, Graham reportedly told a friend she planned to talk with Johnson about her reservations on July 7. The same day, Graham sent the friend a text message saying, “Oh well, I’m about to talk to him.”
Graham faces life in prison if convicted. (Watch video via CNN)
